Final Instructions

DISPLAY RULES:
Please refer to the contract term & conditions policy for proper booth set-up guidelines.
Tape exposed carpet edges and cords.
For Displays Showcasing a motorized vehicle you must:
•Turn in Keys to C & M Production booth
•Unhook Battery

SET-UP TIPS:
There are no ladders, dollies, brooms etc. available. Please bring these items with you. In most cases, you can drive into your building to drop off your materials.*
*No more than 1/2 hour per vehicle

UTILITIES:
Exposed cords/hoses must be safely secured to prevent tripping accidents.

Water: Available-$10.00 for every 1000 gallons. *Bring your own hose.

Electricity: Additional Charge (on contract or inform show promoter) *See Contract

Wireless Internet: Additional Charge of $50.00 for weekend.

INSURANCE:
Please refer to the contract/term & conditions policy #16. Enid Home Builder’s Assoc. and C & M Production Group LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage you may incur.

RESTOCKING YOUR BOOTH:

• No vehicle access allowed after closing Thursday for Coliseum and Friday for Family Lining Area and Southwest Exhibit Area. You may hand cart items through either gated entrance at any time.
  
• Park restocking trailers or trucks in the far-end west part of parking lot.
  
• No driving in to restock in the morning!
  

SECURITY:
Patrol 24 hours a day from set up through close of show. We strongly suggest you cover your booth and remove any small items each night.

SOLICITING
Please promote your company in your booth only. You may not stand outside your booth perimeter, walk the aisles or stand at the gated entrances handing out information. Calling out into the aisles for customers is also prohibited.

NOISE
No alarms, bells, microphones, etc. that make loud noises. Microphones, with prior approval, may be used but only loud enough that attendees can hear directly in front of your booth.

ELECTRICAL CORDS / HOSES
All electrical cords and hoses throughout the show must be covered to prevent a tripping hazard.

COMPRESSED GASES
No compressed gases or flammable materials allowed in the buildings, under awnings or in tents.
