YOU MUST CHECK IN AT C & M PRODUCTION BOOTH (For vendors in the Coliseum & Leisure Living Area go to the Breezeway Building and vendors in the Family Living Area and Southwest Exhibit Area go to the SW Exhibit Area booth) BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH.
*Exhibitors will be allowed in the buildings at 7:00 am on Sat & 10:00 Sun only if wearing exhibitor badge. Must let show promoter know in advance, so that Security is aware of earlier entry.
FREIGHT DELIVERIES:
Freight can be shipped to the Chisholm Trail Expo Center; you must inform the show promoter. NO COD’s!!!!
EXHIBITOR BADGES:
4 badges per booth given out at check-in.
More will be given upon request at check-in at an additional charge.
PARKING PASSES:
Free parking. The only thing we ask from our vendors is that they park in the far end of the parking lot, so that the attendees can park closest to the buildings.
SET-UP TIPS:
There are no ladders, dollies, brooms etc. available. Please bring these items with you.
In most cases, you can drive into your building to drop off your materials.*
*No more than 1/2 hour per vehicle
DOLLIES/EQUIPMENT:
Vendors are responsible to bring the equipment to help them move in and out. Show management will NOT SUPPLY Dollies or any other equipment to move in or out (except for fork lift).
