EXHIBIT REMOVAL

Removal Times:
Sunday April 25th 5:00pm-10:00pm
Monday April 26th 8:00am-12:00Noon
PLEASE REMOVE ALL ITEMS OF IMPORTANCE ON SUNDAY NIGHT!

RULES:

• Exhibitors can not dismantle their booths before 5pm Sunday night. Anyone doing so will not be invited to return. It is the height of disrespect to even those last few attendees and unfair to the other exhibitors. The last attendee deserves the same attention as the first!
  
• Anything left at the facility after 10am on Monday April 26th will be removed. Any fees incurred will be charged to the exhibitor.
  
• The Enid Home Builder’s Assoc., C & M Production Group LLC and the Chisholm Trail Expo Center are not responsible for items left.

DOLLIES/EQUIPMENT:
Vendors are responsible to bring the equipment to help them move in and out. Show management will NOT SUPPLY Dollies or any other equipment to move in or out (except for fork lift).
